Frances Wehner

Frances has been in the real estate and mortgage industries since 1989.  Since moving into the mortgage industry over 8 years ago she has been honored as one of the national top producers of CTX Mortgage Company.  Rusty joined CTX Mortgage Company after 22 years in real estate and brings a wealth of financial and real estate taxation knowledge to the table, to help you the customer get the highest and best use of your money.  We have recently moved to Cherry Creek Mortgage Company which has been established for over 20 years.

Our specialty is helping customers find financing for their home or investment property, whether that be the maximum available financing or a small fraction of the cost of the property.

Frances Graduated from the University of Nottigham (U.K.) with an honors degree in Botany (!)
